Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Moose Loon AI Academy website, learning platform, courses, programs, and related services.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Moose Loon AI Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, educational programs, courses, training materials, and related services.

By registering for an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing access, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Moose Loon AI Academy

Moose Loon AI Academy provides education and practical training in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, AI agents, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, large language models, and related technologies.

Our programs are designed to provide learners with practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in business, technology, entrepreneurship, employment, and other professional environments.

3. Programs and Courses

Moose Loon AI Academy may offer different courses, learning paths, programs, access packages, workshops, certifications, and other educational services.

Course content, duration, learning materials, delivery methods, availability, pricing, and other program details may vary depending on the particular course or package selected by the learner.

The Academy reserves the right to update, improve, restructure, or modify course content where reasonably necessary to maintain the relevance and quality of its educational programs.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Academy require you to create a personal account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for keeping that information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you should contact Moose Loon AI Academy promptly.

5. Enrollment and Learning Access

Registration for an account does not necessarily constitute enrollment in a paid learning program. Where payment is required, access to the relevant program may only be activated after successful confirmation of the required payment.

Access to certain learning packages may be provided for a defined period. Where an access package has an expiry date, access may end automatically when the applicable period expires unless the learner renews or purchases another applicable package.

The Academy may restrict or suspend access where there is evidence of unauthorized use, account misuse, fraudulent activity, or a material violation of these Terms.

6. Fees and Payments

Applicable fees are displayed during the enrollment or purchasing process. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to pay the amount applicable to the selected course, program, or access package.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. The Academy does not directly control the technical operation, availability, or policies of external payment providers.

A payment is considered successful only after the relevant payment provider and the Academy's systems have received sufficient confirmation of the transaction.

7. Refunds and Payment Issues

Refund eligibility may depend on the course, program, access package, payment status, and circumstances surrounding the request.

Where a payment fails, is cancelled, remains pending, or is not successfully confirmed, access to the associated paid learning service may not be activated.

Learners experiencing payment problems should contact the Academy using the official contact information provided on the website.

8. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, lessons, videos, documents, assessments, software, written content, designs, branding, graphics, systems, and other educational resources provided by Moose Loon AI Academy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, learners may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, commercially exploit, sublicense, or otherwise make Academy materials available to third parties.

Enrollment provides the learner with a personal right to access and use the applicable educational materials for learning purposes. It does not transfer ownership of those materials to the learner.

9. Projects and Practical Work

Some programs may require learners to complete practical assignments, projects, assessments, or demonstrations of their skills.

Where a learner develops a project as part of a course, the learner remains responsible for ensuring that the project does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights of another person or organization.

Learners should not submit confidential information belonging to third parties as part of a course assignment unless they have the necessary authorization to do so.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Academy's website, systems, learning platform, and educational resources for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Academy systems, interfere with the operation of the platform, circumvent access restrictions, misuse another learner's account, or use Academy resources for unlawful purposes.

You must also respect the rights and privacy of other learners, instructors, staff, partners, and other persons interacting with the Academy.

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Technology

Moose Loon AI Academy provides education involving artificial intelligence and related technologies. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate results.

Course materials and demonstrations involving AI technologies are provided for educational purposes. Learners are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it in professional, commercial, financial, legal, medical, or other consequential situations.

The Academy does not guarantee that any particular AI tool, platform, model, integration, or third-party service will remain available or operate in the same manner throughout or after a learner's program.

12. Certificates

Where a course includes certification, certificates are issued subject to the applicable course requirements and completion criteria.

A certificate confirms completion of the applicable Academy program or requirements. It does not constitute a government-issued professional license, university degree, or guarantee of employment, income, business success, or professional placement unless expressly stated otherwise by the Academy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Academy may use or provide links to third-party platforms, applications, payment services, communication services, hosting providers, AI tools, or other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Moose Loon AI Academy is not responsible for changes, interruptions, security incidents, policies, or availability issues originating from third-party services outside the Academy's reasonable control.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of the Academy's services may involve the collection and processing of personal information necessary to provide and manage your account, enrollment, payments, learning progress, communications, and other Academy services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected, and managed. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

15. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our website and learning platform. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity issues, security measures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond the Academy's reasonable control.

16. Disclaimer

The Academy's website, learning materials, and services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful educational content, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

Participation in an Academy course does not guarantee employment, promotion, business revenue, clients, investment returns, or any particular professional outcome.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moose Loon AI Academy, its officers, employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website, learning platform, courses, materials, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Suspension or Termination

Moose Loon AI Academy may suspend or terminate an account or access to its services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of serious misuse, unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or conduct that may harm the Academy, its learners, staff, partners, or systems.

Where appropriate, the Academy may provide notice before taking such action. This does not limit our ability to act immediately where urgent action is reasonably necessary.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised update date. Your continued use of the Academy's services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Academy and the services provided.

Where applicable, matters relating specifically to learners, transactions, and services provided in Kenya may also be subject to applicable Kenyan laws and regulations.
